Those crazy critters!

We have two cats

~ Jack and Brick ~

{they live up to their names: Captain Jack Sparrow has long legs and is pretty thin

while Brick is affectionately known as "Thick as a brick"}

Usually they are good friends.

They do fight like siblings at times.

Usually because Jack wants to play too rough and Brick isn't in the mood.

So Jack goes to play by himself in one of his favorite playpens...

the laundry basket.

Brick tends to favor Chris, sleeping with him when I am at work and spending time near him, and is always underfoot.

Jack is a scaredy cat, more often than not, running and hiding when we have people over (but seems to know exactly when our guests leave and immediately comes out to be with us).

While they might look cute and cuddly, they do have a devilish streak in them.

As I found out one morning when I went out to the kitchen and found this:

The blue-tooth for my cell phone swimming (sunk, really) in their water bowl.

Those darn cats! Good thing we love them so much!
