Our 2 year anniversary!
All day, I kept looking at the clock remembering what I was doing at that specific time two years ago.
9am: 2 years ago ~ getting my nails done
This year ~ making pancakes for my sleeping husband
11:30: 2 years ago ~ Mom was doing my hair
This year ~ We were driving down the canyons towards Malibu
4pm: 2 years ago ~ Walking down the aisle
This year ~ Dancing in the kitchen with my husband
We had a great day together this year!
Homemade breakfast, taking our time getting ready to enjoy the day before heading out for a lazy drive down to Malibu.
It was an absolutely gorgeous day and we decided to have lunch at Duke's Malibu. We had a beautiful window table and enjoyed a leisurely lunch while watching dolphins frolic in the water (sorry, no pictures).
We made our way home via highway 1 and enjoyed watching the surfers in the water and stopping at Mugu Rock for a few pictures.

We made it home in time to exchange cards and gifts before the LA Kings hockey game started.
We finished the night with pizza and relaxing on the couch.
It was a wonderful day and we are so lucky to have each other and be on the journey we are.
I am the luckiest!
